1. Overview
Neural Defend Private Limited wants everyone to be able to use neuraldefend.com, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology. This statement covers the public website at neuraldefend.com.
2. Our Standard
The website meets the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. This is based on our own testing; it has not been certified by an outside auditor.
3. What We Do
- Pages use headings, landmarks, and labels so assistive technology can describe them.
- Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator.
- Images that carry meaning have text alternatives.
- If your device is set to reduce motion, animations are minimised and the rotating home page headline stays still.
- Screen readers hear the rotating home page headline as one static sentence.
- Keyboard users can pause the rotating home page headline with a button that appears when they tab to it.
- We check pages against WCAG 2.2 Level AA when we change them and fix the problems we find.
4. Third-Party Content
Our Book a Demo page shows a scheduler provided by Calendly. We do not control the accessibility of that scheduler. If you have trouble booking a meeting, email us and we will arrange a time with you directly.
5. Feedback and Contact
If you find an accessibility problem on the website, or need information in a different format, contact:
Neural Defend Private Limited
Email: support@neuraldefend.com
Please tell us the page address and the problem you found. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
6. Changes to This Statement
We review this statement when we make significant changes to the website. The Last Updated date above shows when it was last reviewed.
